I often work in partnership with other coaches and consultants from all over the world. We operate from the stance that there is plenty of work to do and the most solutions can be found when there is a great match between coach and client.

MEETING FACILITATION

Gro(w)th Coaches can provide meeting facilitation for your non-profit organization. When a professional facilitator is engaged to lead your meeting, the participants are able to focus more fully on the tasks before them and even look at the dynamic of the relationship system itself. When a facilitator is engaged to lead the group through its process, the team can participate more fully in the work and in the success of the effort. Wonderful things can happen for a team when the natural or appointed leaders are active participants in the meeting content rather than leading it along.
